Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Planning and initiate various aspects of the plant including process improvement, reclamation, and cost control
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting
- Administer safety program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Mange all required permits
- Work with Sales/Marketing to ensure our customer's needs are met
- Develop and support other employees
- Evaluate equipment and make recommendations for upgrades to improve efficiencies
- Ensure that equipment is well maintained and have a proactive approach to maintenance
- Make recommendations to leadership for equipment upgrades/evaluation
- Lead and foster a team environment
- Partner with Engineering Manager to have an organized maintenance schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering or related field
- 5 years of production related experience
- CAD Skills are preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Some travel required
