Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer to join our team in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for the research, design, and development of cutting-edge aerospace technologies. You will work closely with a team of engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions that will revolutionize the aerospace industry. - Conduct research and development activities to design, develop, and test aerospace technologies.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are optimized for production.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the potential of new technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in aerospace technology and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D and manufacturing in the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CAD software and other design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to aerospace design and manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
