As our R&D Engineering Manager, you will focus on leading projects to design, develop, and optimize metering equipment for petrochemical products in the oil industry. Adept at integrating mechanical and electronic systems to enhance product performance and reliability. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills committed to innovation and continuous improvement.

A manufacturing company with an R&D department that develops and manufactures its products in-house.
MUST HAVES:
- R&D for industrial products such as meters and valves.
- SolidWorks or SolidEdge or similar tools.
NICE TO HAVES:
- CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)

- 80 people in total at the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead to design and development of advanced metering equipment for petrochemical products.
- Oversee all phases of product development, from concept to production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics engineers, to integrate mechanical and electronic components, enhancing product functionality and reliability.
- Implement and maintain R&D processes and methodologies to drive innovation and improve product performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and project planning.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Support in-house manufacturing by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring efficient workflow.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 10+ Years of Professional Engineering Experience in R&D
- Mechanical design and analysis
- R&D project management
- Integration of mechanical and electronic systems
- Prototyping and testing
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- PMP and PE cert preferred.
