Job Details

Own the resolution of escalated customer complaints and perform troubleshooting of field issues with minimal guidance. Engage the broader R&D team for technical support when needed
As the R&D representative, work closely with the Field Application Support, Customer Success, Quality, Engineering, Operation/Manufacturing, and Product Management on mitigating escalated customer complaints and improving customer experience
Manage scientists and research associates Be a player-coach. Act as a strong individual contributor as well as a collaborative team lead
Drive CAPA root cause investigation, test plans, procedures and reports
Conduct clear and concise verbal and written communication with cross-functional colleagues and Leadership.
Support post-launch product changes and continuous product improvement by following company Product Development Process and Design Change Process.
Lead, post-launch monitoring of product performance and support non-conformance process through trend analysis.
Document and communicate lessons learned to guide future product improvements. Develop technical documentation for customers as needed
Lead enhancement of processes associated with triage and investigation of escalated non-conformances and complaints.
