Job Details:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Rad Tech & Clinic Coordinator to join our vibrant team in the medical industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing radiological services, coordinating clinic operations, and ensuring that patients receive top-notch care. This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and administrative acumen, making it a perfect fit for those who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring the highest quality of care and safety for all patients.
2. Maintain and operate radiology equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
3. Assist physicians in interpreting radiographs and determining the appropriate course of treatment.
4. Coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling patient appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining medical records.
5. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
6. Train and supervise junior radiology staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Address patient concerns and complaints, providing compassionate and effective solutions to ensure patient satisfaction.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in radiology technology and healthcare management practices.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1-2 months of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, X-ray Tech, or related role.
2. Certification as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent is required.
3. Proven experience in clinic coordination or healthcare administration is a plus.
4. Excellent understanding of radiology equipment, safety procedures, and diagnostic imaging procedures.
5. Administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and medical staff.
7. High level of compassion and patience, with a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to all patients.
8. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Willingness to stay updated with advancements in the medical industry, including new techniques, equipment, and best practices.
