Case Logs for the past 2 years
- Clinic schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Providers see 6-8 patients a day (except Thursdays).
- Thursdays is OTV appointments only where all patients currently on treatment are seen (typically around 25 patients).
- New patients: 60 minutes
- Follow up patients: 30 minutes
- OTV appointments: 15 minutes
- Must attend Tumor Board, Chart Rounds and Cancer Committee if they fall on a covered day.
Radiation Services:
- On-site CT Simulation
- External Beam Photon Therapy
- External Beam Electron Therapy
- Superficial Electron Therapy
- Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery (Brain and Spine)
- Palliative Treatment
- Prone Breast Treatments
- Small Field Dosimetry
- Optical Surface Monitoring System (OSMS)
- Use of Space OARs and fiducials in conjunction with stereotactic prostate treatments
- ER and Inpatient Consults (can give recommendation but cannot do inpatient radiation)- during clinic hours
- No on-call coverage required

- Eclipse Treatment Planning
Credentialing Requirements:
Board Eligible or Certified
