Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development deals.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of complex real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and development agreements.
3. Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, and environmental issues.
4. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
6. Stay current on developments in real estate law and industry trends to provide proactive and strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing of any state bar.
3. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on joint ventures, development deals, and financings.
4. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex real estate documents.
5. Strong understanding of real estate law and industry practices.
6. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
9. Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
