Job Details
We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions in a sophisticated legal environment.
Key Qualifications:
J.D. from a Top 40 U.S. law school
2+ years of experience practicing real estate law at an AmLaw 100 firm or a reputable regional firm
Strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Demonstrated stability in career progression with minimal job-hopping post-law school
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Licensed and in good standing with the bar of the jurisdiction in which you intend to practice (or willing to obtain)
Preferred Attributes:
Team-oriented with a client-first mindset
Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
