Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Managing transactions related to the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
2. Overseeing financing arrangements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
3. Conducting comprehensive title and survey reviews to identify potential risks and provide appropriate legal advice.
4. Participating in negotiations and drafting agreements related to real estate transactions.
5. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.
6. Staying abreast of developments in real estate law and industry trends to provide the most updated and effective legal advice.
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law, specifically with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and title and survey review.
4. Proven ability to manage complex real estate transactions.
5. Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
