Job Details
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 1–3 years of experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to gain hands-on experience working on sophisticated real estate transactions in a collaborative and fast-paced law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and ancillary transaction documents
Conduct title and survey review and assist with due diligence processes
Coordinate closings and manage closing documentation
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
Support senior attorneys on complex real estate and development matters
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar
1–3 years of commercial real estate experience (law firm experience preferred)
Familiarity with purchase and sale agreements, leases, and basic financing documents
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Excellent communication and client service skills
