This position is an opportunity to play a critical role leading and managing a diverse mix of sophisticated real estate transactions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - Draft loan documents for mortgage and mezzanine financings
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines, costs, and transaction risks
- Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements
- Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and presentations
- Provide strategic business advice on deal structure and risk allocation
