Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeking to add a Real Estate Attorney to their team. An Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Real Estate Lending experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience representing financial institutions making complex commercial loans. If you have experience handling affordable housing transactions, that is a PLUS!

Requirements:
2) AND/OR Experience with Affordable Housing
- 2-5 years of Transactional Real Estate Lending for Banks
- Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey is a PLUS
- Experience with one of the following:
2) AND/OR Experience with Affordable Housing
- Experience with deals financed with HDC & HFA bonds
- Experience with IRC section 42 tax credit equity
