Job Details

Day-to-day responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • 2+ years of legal experience focused on commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience drafting and revising commercial lease and sale/purchase agreements
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with title + survey review
  • Hands-on experience with sale transactions, closing purchase and sale engagement
