Job Details
The ideal candidate will be a motivated legal professional with a strong foundation in title law and a desire to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key qualifications include:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one of the following states: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Ohio (multiple admissions preferred).
2–4 years of experience in title examination, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work—preferably within the energy or natural resources industry.
Familiarity with real estate documents such as deeds, leases, assignments, and related agreements.
Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
A strong sense of discretion and commitment to client confidentiality.
