Job Details
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of real estate law, particularly real estate financing.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements and documents.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
