Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, preferably in a corporate environment.
4. Proven experience in handling complex real estate transactions.
5. Extensive knowledge of real estate law, including lease agreements, property acquisitions, and disposals.
