Job Details
- Represent clients in a broad range of business and real-estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and joint ventures
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documentation across commercial, corporate, and property matters
- Manage due diligence for complex deals, including title, survey, zoning, land-use, and environmental review
- Advise owners, developers, investors, lenders, and tenants on deal structure, risk mitigation, and strategic planning
- Support projects across multiple asset types—retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use
- Collaborate with attorneys in complementary practice areas such as construction, land use, and corporate transactions
- Handle transactions from initial negotiation through closing, maintaining high standards of client service and efficiency
Qualifications:
- JD and active Colorado Bar license
- 3+ years of transactional experience (commercial real estate, corporate, or mixed practice)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
- Experience with financing, leasing, or development matters preferred
- Excellent communication and client-service skills with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach
