Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
JD from an ABA-approved law school, State Bar of Pennsylvania, and the following:

• At least 5+ years’ experience in a top-rated law firm with a sophisticated legal practice experience in one or more of the following practice areas: acquisitions and dispositions, financing, property management, joint ventures, construction agreements, insurance, and landlord/tenant law
• Real Estate License preferred
• Licensed Bar in good standing required
• Understanding confidentiality requirements
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
