Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of New York Real Estate experience - Litigation and/or Transactional
  • Litigation experience: Landlord/Tenant matters, Civil Litigation, petitions for holdover, non-payment, foreclosures, etc.
  • Transactional experience: Representing buyers, sellers, lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and lease agreements.
  • Bonus experience: Commercial Litigation - handling corporate and business disputes in state and federal courts.
