A bit about us:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide legal advice and services in relation to all aspects of real estate law, including commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance. As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure all real estate transactions are legally sound and beneficial for our clients. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and an active Pennsylvania Bar admission.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
4. Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate contracts.
5. Proven track record of managing a large volume of transactions
