𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

Our esteemed legal firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading firm, working directly with a team of highly skilled professionals in Real Estate Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential property disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and real estate litigation. The candidate will also be expected to provide legal advice on real estate law and participate in civil litigation proceedings.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Real Estate Litigation Attorney.
3. Admission to the State Bar.
4. Proven experience in real estate law, including residential and commercial real estate.
5. Proficiency in civil litigation and commercial litigation.
6. Extensive knowledge of landlord-tenant law.
7. Portable Book is Big Plus (not required)
