A bit about us:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional to join our team as a Real Estate Development Representative. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our nationwide expansion efforts, identifying, scouting, and developing new potential locations for our rapidly growing drive-thru coffee brand.

This is not a typical desk job. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the road, driving through cities and suburbs to identify high-traffic sites that could be ideal for a new store location. Once you’ve identified potential properties, you’ll shift gears — working remotely to connect with property owners, landlords, and commercial real estate agents to start the conversation about acquiring or leasing the space.

We’re looking for someone sales-minded, competitive, and hungry — someone who enjoys the chase, thrives on targets, and knows how to build professional relationships that lead to deals.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel throughout assigned markets (approx. 75%) to scout and evaluate potential new store locations.
  • Conduct on-the-ground research of traffic patterns, visibility, accessibility, and demographic factors.
  • Compile findings and prepare site reports for internal review.
  • Make outbound calls to property owners, tenants, and brokers (80+ calls/day) to explore leasing or purchase opportunities.
  • Build relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers to create a pipeline of future sites.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to present and discuss promising opportunities.
  • Negotiate preliminary terms and assist in financial analysis for potential deals.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or real estate outreach (real estate license not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting in-person site visits.
  • Competitive, driven personality with a proven record of achieving sales or performance targets.
  • Financial acumen — able to discuss lease terms, ROI, and deal structures confidently.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
