Job Details

2–6 years of real estate finance experience

Must have large firm or high-level boutique experience

Strong background in commercial loan originations, mezz loans, and preferred equity

Familiarity with asset management, workouts, and repurchase facilities a plus

Able to lead transactions and interface directly with lender clients

Must be barred in and intend to practice in one of the following: GA, IL, TX, or CO

Strong writing, communication, and business judgment expected

JD required (transcript + deal sheet requested at submission)
