Job Details
We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Real Estate Finance Associate with at least 3+ years of experience to join our accomplished legal team. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated, multifaceted projects in the real estate finance space.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate on transactions involving joint ventures, commercial financing, private placements, taxation, leases, easements, construction, property management agreements, and land use.
Dive into projects requiring knowledge of state and federal tax credits and incentives, including opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, and more.
Provide strategic advice to clients, crafting innovative solutions to complex legal and financial challenges.
Work with a team that values excellence, client service, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For:
A licensed attorney with 3+ years of relevant real estate finance experience.
Strong expertise in joint ventures, commercial financing, and tax structuring.
Familiarity with state and federal tax credits/incentives (e.g., PACE, tax increment financing, historic tax credits) is a major plus.
A detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.
A team player with a passion for creative problem-solving in complex legal landscapes.
