This firm is looking for a real estate finance associate with 3+ years of solid law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following:
Joint ventures, commercial lending, private placements, and capital raises
Leases, easements, construction agreements, and property management contracts
Tax structuring, opportunity zones, new markets/historic tax credits, TIF, PACE financing
