Job Details

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of financial analysis experience in underwriting for developers, operational analysis, budgeting and lease analysis
  • Real Estate Financial Modeling Experience
  • Multifamily Real Estate Experience
  • Cash on Cash and Internal Rate of Return Modeling Experience needed
  • Deep proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Argus•
  • Experience with report writing for internal and external investor use
