Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate / HOA Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex litigation matters in the areas of real estate and homeowners associations, including disputes related to property rights, CC&Rs, construction defects, habitability issues, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in litigation matters involving real estate and homeowners associations, including disputes over property rights, CC&Rs, construction defects, habitability issues, and other related matters.

Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation through trial.

Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Attend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide mentorship to junior associates.

Maintain strong client relationships through clear and timely communication.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate and/or homeowners association matters.

Strong knowledge of California real estate laws and HOA regulations.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Admission to the California State Bar.
