Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Litigation Associate, your responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in all stages of real estate litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal processes.
2. Managing a diverse case load involving complex real estate disputes, such as boundary issues, title disputes, and landlord-tenant conflicts.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Conducting extensive legal research and fact-finding to support case strategies.
5. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Real Estate Litigation Associate, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A minimum of five years of experience in real estate litigation, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
4. Proven experience in Land Court proceedings.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
