Job Details



The ideal candidate will have:

1. A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a litigation associate in a large, top-tier law firm, with a focus on real estate law.
3. Demonstrated experience with e-discovery, courtroom procedures, drafting court pleadings, and handling complex litigation matters.
4. A thorough understanding of commercial litigation and foreclosure procedures.
5. Exceptional research skills and familiarity with legal citations.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for our clients in court and in written pleadings.
7. A proven track record of success in managing large, complex litigation matters, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
