Job Details
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed attorney.
- Title claims litigation experience is required.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- Proven experience with title claims, real estate disputes, ownership issues, and landlord-tenant disputes is strongly preferred..
