This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of real estate law.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and oversee all phases of real estate litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trial.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including transactions, disputes, property rights, and construction issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating strong oral and written advocacy skills.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide the most relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience in real estate litigation. landlord-tenant disputes, lender defense
- Active member of the state bar with good standing.
- Proven track record of successfully litigating real estate cases.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex disputes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and other related tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client service skills, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
