We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Litigator to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex real estate disputes and providing expert legal advice to our clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of real estate law.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and oversee all phases of real estate litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trial.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including transactions, disputes, property rights, and construction issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
  • Represent clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating strong oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide the most relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in real estate litigation. landlord-tenant disputes, lender defense
  • Active member of the state bar with good standing.
  • Proven track record of successfully litigating real estate cases.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex disputes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in using legal research software and other related tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client service skills, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
