Job Details

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions to join our team in Denver, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas.

Job Description:

* Handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters including finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions
* Advise clients on large-scale and complex deals across industries and markets nationwide
* Collaborate with a leading real estate team and work closely with sophisticated market participants
* Contribute to a culture that values collaboration, camaraderie, and professional development

**Qualifications**

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
* Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with clients and as part of a collaborative team
* Excellent academic background and prior law firm experience preferred
