Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Real Estate Transactional Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with a strong background in drafting, commercial, residential, and leasing matters.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
5. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
6. Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
