Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from initiation to closure.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
3. Utilize DocuSign to manage electronic agreements, ensuring all parties have signed off on necessary documents.
4. Maintain a robust and organized system for tracking and reporting on transaction statuses.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about transaction progress, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
6. Collaborate closely with marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting properties.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to real estate transactions.
8. Continually update knowledge of market conditions, property values, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing real estate transactions.
3. Proficiency in using DocuSign for managing electronic agreements.
4. Strong understanding of the marketing industry and how it relates to real estate transactions.
5. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
