Job Details

As a Receiving Lead, your focus will be on ensuring precise material intake, accurate counts, and zero-defect quality inspections before parts move into production.

This position will be fully on-site.
Hours: 6am to 230pm
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
  • Receiving Inspection: Conduct visual inspections, verify part counts, and confirm completion of prior operations against customer purchase orders.
  • Contract Review & Travelers: Process incoming material per customer requirements, internal procedures, and job travelers.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with Planning and Customer Service to resolve missing PO details or discrepancies.
  • Department Upkeep: Maintain strict organization of the receiving area while ensuring 100% quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications
  • Aerospace Standards: Familiarity with NADCAP requirements and quality systems such as AS9100.
  • Precision Measurement: Strong ability using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Maintaining precise, audit-ready paperwork across all receiving activities.
