Job Details

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist to join the office full-time through June. This role provides essential administrative support while a team member is on leave, helping ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
