Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of reconstruction within the restoration and mitigation space, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, set expectations, and ensure their needs are met.
3. Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring all members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing solutions.
5. Monitor project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed financial parameters.
6. Use Xactimate software for project estimation, tracking, and reporting.
7. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
9. Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
10. Continually review and improve project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in reconstruction
2. Proficiency in using Xactimate software for project estimation, tracking, and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate teams.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. A strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in restoration and mitigation.
8. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
9. A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering, is preferred.
