Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to recruitment best practices

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of Unity and Unreal Engine, as well as the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
