This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch professionals in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, talent management, retention, and interviewing. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles within the medical industry, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
2. Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
5. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Develop and implement talent management and retention strategies to ensure the organization retains its best employees.
7. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the medical industry to ensure the organization remains competitive in its hiring practices.
8. Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and stakeholders on the recruitment process.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in interviewing, talent management, retention, and recruiting.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and techniques.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
7. A keen understanding of the medical industry, including the latest trends and advancements.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional certification in human resources or recruitment, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR, is a plus.
