We have a great opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter to join our internal recruiting team. Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (required) and want to join a dynamic in-house recruiting team to work on various positions for the company.

Job Details
*** We are fully onsite, Monday-Friday (non-negotiable) and work a standard 50-hour work week.
Is your background a fit?
* Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!
* Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited university (REQUIRED)
* Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
* GPA of 3.5 or higher + high SAT/ACT scores (we will be verifying grades and scores)
* Track record of achievement through internships, academic accolades, etc.
* Proficient with entire MS Suite
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
* No prior recruiting experience is required!
What will you be doing?
* Responsible for research of and communication with professional talent in the fields of financial services, legal, aviation, real estate, accounting, information technology and administration
* Research and develop new ideas and projects
* Actively source candidates for open requisitions
* Perform marketing tasks as needed
* Manage onboarding procedures including administration of employee manuals and policies
