We are representing a manufacturing group that is rapidly growing throughout the GA and the USA!
They are seeking an Regional Account Manager who has responsibility for revenue growth in a defined geographic territory primarily for sales of new OEM Equipment for the client's applications to new and existing customers. Secondary responsibilities include the sale of aftermarket parts; equipment modernization programs/upgrades (EMP) and service contracts in cooperation with peers.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop regional strategy with the Director of Sales to increase revenue & profitability, gain market share in new & existing accounts along with expanding relationships and developing a strategy to maintain & grow existing accounts.
- Price setting on OEM and project sales.
- Ensuring consistent application of technology in the region.
- Identifying opportunities to improve OEM Products or add to existing portfolio.
- Planning, follow up and target setting on OEM and Project sales with the region.
- Tracking and follow up on competitor’s activity.
- Developing and maintaining network with decision makers in the Customer satisfaction - plan and coordinate related activities.
- Use solution-based selling to promote the value of cross selling other brands including addressing customer
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to increase market share, deepen existing account relationships, and expand aftermarket business.
- Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value across all customer levels.
- Use company resources effectively through strong planning and opportunity qualification.
- Coordinate with regional agent networks to develop business and establish new strategic relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, engineering, applications, service teams, and brand representatives to align efforts and grow the business.
- Maintain up-to-date customer and equipment data in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly activity reports, itineraries, territory forecasts, and timely expense reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Travel 70–80% of the time.
- Efficiently manage schedule and prioritize activities for maximum impact.
- Comply with all relevant Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of outside industrial sales experience.
- Familiarity with blast equipment or comparable mechanical systems required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and sign applicable confidentiality agreements.
- Willingness to travel extensively (70–80%).
