We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Permanent Regional Director for our Sales department. This position is responsible for overseeing all sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of the hearing aids industry. You will have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team, as well as drive the strategy and execution of our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

2. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

6. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

8. Oversee the performance and operations of all sales activities within the assigned region.

9. Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

10. Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA would be a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hearing aids industry.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

4. Experience in hiring and training sales professionals.

5. Strong communication and team management skills.

6. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems.

7. Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements.

8. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

9. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

10. Ability to travel as needed.
