We've just opened up a Regional Property Supervisor role covering 500-700 units across Southern CA. A successful candidate will be able to supervise a team of on-site property managers across these assets, traveling locally 25-50% of the time to various properties in the region, otherwise operating remotely from home or at your favorite coffee shops!

- Multi-family Portfolio Management: Oversee the operations of approximately 15-20 properties (500-700 units).
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of on-site property managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure excellence.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for properties, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives and enhance profitability.
- Lease-Ups: Apply your knowledge of lease-up processes to effectively manage and oversee new construction properties, ensuring successful lease-up and occupancy rates.
- Field Presence: Maintain a strong field presence by regularly visiting properties, addressing issues on-site, and building relationships with tenants and staff. Work from home, at the properties, or in local coffee shops as needed, with periodic office visits during training.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Regional/Multi-site Property Management experience (multi-family).
- Yardi Expertise: Proven experience using Yardi software for property management and financial tracking.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financials for residential properties.
- Team Management: Strong background in overseeing and managing a team of property managers, with a focus on leadership and development.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to work remotely or from various locations in greater Los Angeles/Orange County, with an initial training period at our Long Beach office.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with team members and tenants.
