Qualifications Needed:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred (any field)
- Minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience (preferably technical)
- Strong communication and self-management skills
- Eagerness to learn technical product specs and features
- Experience or interest in industrial tools, instrumentation, or manufacturing equipment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory and attend trade shows
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop product knowledge of precision inspection and calibration equipment
- Prospect new customers via cold calls, referrals, and networking within assigned territory
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive long-term sales
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentations
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Technical Application Engineers on solutions
- Prepare proposals with detailed specs and pricing based on customer needs
- Represent company at trade shows and customer events
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow-ups on pipeline opportunities
- Self-learn and stay up to date on evolving product offerings
