We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help us light up the trucking industry. This role is perfect for an energetic and ambitious individual with a proven track record in sales, a passion for promoting high-quality products and services, and a knack for building and growing relationships. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the lighting and trucking industry and is ready to hit the ground running, promoting and increasing sales in a designated territory that includes, but is not limited to, Chicago, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas.


As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote and increase sales of our top-notch lighting products within the trucking and manufacturing industry. Your duties will include:

1. Traveling extensively (up to 75% of the time) to customer sites, trade shows, and events.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities.
3. Organizing and participating in trade show activities within your region to showcase our products and services.
4. Utilizing our CRM to track sales, monitor customer preferences, and optimize customer service.
5. Working closely with our manufacturing team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow your sales territory and achieve sales targets.


To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the lighting or automotive industry.
2. At least 2 years of lighting or automotive experience.
3. A proven track record of promoting and selling products or services, ideally within a defined territory.
4. Experience with CRM systems.
5. Prior experience in manufacturing or OEM sales would be a significant advantage.
6. A willingness and ability to travel extensively, including regular visits to customer sites and participation in trade shows and events.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
8. A results-driven approach, with the determination and resilience to achieve sales targets.
