Qualifications – Needed:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Minimum 4+ years of proven sales success in healthcare or DME
- Strong background in healthcare systems, managed care, and provider referrals
- Experience with Brightree CRM highly preferred
- Familiarity with MSOs, IPAs, and value-based care models
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals in assigned SF Peninsula & South Bay territory
- Expand referral base via consultative sales and strong provider relationships
- Promote home sleep testing and CPAP/DME solutions to healthcare providers
- Track and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Partner with MSOs, IPAs, and payers to advance early OSA detection and treatment
- Stay current on sleep medicine, payer guidelines, and referral workflows
- Share educational tools and clinical research with providers
- Manage budgets, submit timely expense reports, and represent the company at events and conferences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive growth and innovation
