Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position is specifically tailored for individuals with a solid background in selling manufacturing services to retail and commercial customers for projects requiring sheet metal and tube steel fabrication in the form of laser cutting, forming/bending, and welding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to drive significant growth in a competitive market. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their assigned region, developing strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth within the scope of our manufacturing capabilities.
2. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
3. Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
4. Track sales and work with customers on forecasting and repeat business opportunities/engagements.
5. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
6. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to develop business strategies.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of individual contributor sales experience with a strong background in selling manufacturing services to customers (sheet metal and tube steel fabrication in the form of laser cutting, forming/bending, and welding).
2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
3. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
5. Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements.
6. In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
8. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
9. Exceptional communication and customer service skills with customers.
10. Ability to travel as needed.
11. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - not required.
