Job Details
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing sales data, developing market strategies, identifying customer needs, and managing sales operations. This role includes acting as a company representative at trade shows, resolving customer and operational issues, and supporting executive leadership in meeting revenue goals.

- Review and analyze sales and operational records to forecast performance and uncover new market opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Resolve customer complaints and support internal sales team needs
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and quotas
- Prepare and manage the sales budget
- Represent the company at industry events and in the community
- Demonstrate alignment with core values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, Knowledge, and Teamwork
- Execute additional assignments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proven sales leadership experience in multifamily housing or related sectors
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales role
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
