We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills in the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial sectors, with a focus on Industrial Manufacturing, HVAC, complete filtration resources, filtration, Capital Equipment, and Territory Sales. Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing, managing and coordinating all aspects of your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
3. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
4. Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
5. Implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
6. Managing a sales team, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching.
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial sectors, ideally with a focus on Industrial Manufacturing, HVAC, complete filtration resources, filtration, Capital Equipment, and Territory Sales.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
5. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
6. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
7. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
