Job Details

Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region. This is a permanent position that requires traveling within the region to meet with customers and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals and meet quotas
  • Analyze sales statistics and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Forecast regional sales and develop business plans to achieve targets
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives within the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications:
  • AA or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • 5-7 years of Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Strong understanding of tools, construction, carpentry, tool industry experience preferred, but not required or
exclusively limited to these industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
  • Ability to navigate current computer applications
  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events
